Kingston is planned as a major new community east of Interstate 75 in Estero. The first two neighborhoods, Kingston South and Esplanade at Kingston, have different builders and different amenity experiences. We help you compare them without getting buried in sales brochures.
The bigger plan calls for up to 10,000 homes, future retail and services, and a connection between Corkscrew Road and State Road 82. Those are long-term plans, not a promise that every feature will be open when your home is ready.
